Our client, the internationally renowned Cromwell Hospital, needed a partner who could help them resolve a number of issues with both their communications and the look and feel of their building. They regularly suffered from supply chain issues with their 170-item stock catalogue, which included shortages, a lack of back orders, overordering and failed deliveries. They also wanted to increase their footfall and revenues in a cost-efficient way, while improving the environment space for their Paediatric department.
