Message from our CEO on COIVID-19

Following last night’s update by Boris Johnson, and in light of the revised advice from UK Government around the Covid-19 pandemic, I would like to take this opportunity to provide an update on our operations as of today.

I can confirm that currently there is no production disruption at any of our Paragon Customer Communications offices or manufacturing sites, and that none of the work at our sites is currently being affected. We do have absenteeism due to self-isolation, but this is not dissimilar to sickness and holiday levels we normally have at this time of the year.

Our focus is always primarily with our people and our customers and we are following all of the guidelines communicated to us by Public Health England and the World Health Organisation. Implementation of the guidelines is being coordinated nationally by our Health and Safety teams and supported by all at Paragon Customer Communications.

We are working hard to ensure we remain a safe, strong and well managed partner with whom to do business, one that can operate successfully during these difficult times and support our customer’s return to normal operations in the near future. As such, we have increased the flexibility of our Leadership Team in terms of fast-tracked decision making, and our Governance, Risk and Compliance and Incident Management teams are meeting daily to closely monitor the situation, updating us continuously on the best course of action for our people and business.
