Igniting Skills: Future Talent Within the Workplace

Paragon Sounds Podcast Ep: #8- Header Image

Paragon Sounds Podcast / Igniting Skills: Future Talent within the workplace

In this episode, we will be exploring the growth of apprentices in the workplace, and how increasing numbers of young people are looking at this as a more conventional way forward to kick start their career goals.

We will also touch on how organisations like PCC and Homeserve are using the government's levy support to train in-house and homegrown talent, while at the same time setting up individual groups to help smaller companies achieve their goals with apprenticeships and funding they wouldn’t have access to originally.

We will also hear first-hand from current apprentices on how these schemes are helping them move forward in their chosen career.
