What our client wanted

Swinton Insurance wanted to leverage the commercial and operational advantages of a single supplier service for all of their customer communications and marketing print to support their branch network. The challenge for Paragon was to be a supplier who could deliver across all channels, while improving speed to market and ROI by supporting an increasing shift towards digital output.


What we gave them

We deployed our Lead Supply methodology and tailored a bespoke service for our client. We liaised with production sites and contracted vendors to manage all of Swinton’s customer communication campaigns, supported by a range of technology from proof and approval systems and DAM to online web to print ordering and real time management information. This activity includes marketing direct mail, email and SMS, transactional policy admin mailings as well as supplying a variety of printed and promotional collateral for the branch network which is warehoused, called off and delivered on demand with online ordering.


What was the impact

Our solution has helped Swinton to achieve a reduction in spend of 13% in the first year of our partnership. Our client’s branch personnel can now order on-brand pre-approved print using fast turnaround print on demand, and triggered email and SMS campaigns now enable Swinton to respond quickly and directly to online quotes. After this initial success we are now working with our client to leverage the infrastructure we have established, with the aim of driving further opportunities around e-commerce channels and more targeted communications.
