What our client wanted
Virgin Trains had a number of different print suppliers in place that were collectively responsible for the management and distribution of its West Coast Line print materials which included marketing resources and operational print. In addition, Virgin had a separate fulfilment supplier for their storage and distribution to all stations, with limited management information, high storage costs and poor customer services. Having multiple suppliers meant that the systems and process in place were complicated and lacked consistency both in terms of price and quality.
