Ecovadis Gold Rating
Paragon Customer Communications has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold rating for a second consecutive year
Paragon Customer Communications has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold rating for a second consecutive year, putting us within the top 5% of assessed global companies for sustainability performance.
Ratings are awarded based on the EcoVadis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) analysis system, which assesses 21 criteria across four themes:
- Fair Labour & Human Rights
- Sustainable Procurement
The methodology for each of the themes is built on international CSR standards including the Global Reporting Initiative and the United Nations Global Compact. EcoVadis is the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, intelligence and collaborative performance improvement tools for global supply chains.
We submitted evidence of actions, policies and procedures relating to CSR practices across its business to support the themes. Independent category experts then assess the evidence submitted by PCC. Among other things, they commended the maturity level of management systems across multiple sites (including ISO 45001 and 50001), the level of detail within our health and safety systems, and our commitment to environmental programmes.
