WHAT WE GAVE THEM
We delivered marketing communication and pack fulfilment, and helped to transition the production of their printed statements from an in-house operation into Paragon’s specialist transactional print facility. Our fully variable white paper statement production allowed us to flex messaging within packs, delivering relevant content to their customers.
WHAT WAS THE IMPACT?
Aligned with the ongoing production of creative direct marketing, we delivered a smooth transition and provided a platform to produce more dynamic and flexible statements. This included helping with the installation of Smart Meters by highlighting within their statements when fitters were in customers’ specific areas.
