A hangover from a pre-COVID world, asset and wealth management firms struggle with their tech stacks and harnessing digital for streamlined processes. This is an inherent issue whereby most sales and interactions have traditionally happened face to face. And whilst many asset and wealth managers have embraced digital and are using it to transform ways of working and interactions with customers, the hang-up is how they integrate the new technologies, which is often an afterthought. With the new normal here, is now the time that asset and wealth management firms put a focus back on the customer experience and digitising their offering?
