Paragon Customer Communications Achieves EcoVadis Platinum Status
Paragon Customer Communications (PCC) has been awarded EcoVadis Platinum status, placing us within the top 1% of companies assessed for sustainability performance.
With over 75,000 companies across 160 countries and 200 industries assessed annually, EcoVadis is the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, intelligence, and collaborative performance improvement tools for global supply chains.
Status ratings are awarded based on the EcoVadis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) analysis system, which assesses 21 criteria across four themes:
- Fair Labour & Human Rights
- Sustainable Procurement
We submitted evidence of actions, policies and procedures relating to CSR practices across the business to support the themes, and independent category experts then assessed the evidence we submitted. We are particularly proud of our high scores in the Environment and Ethics categories, which contributed to PCC achieving the highest available Platinum status, advancing from the Gold rating we held for the previous two years.
Lucy Klinkenberg-Matthews - Head of GRC (South) and Sustainability said:
“Advancing from Gold to Platinum status is a fantastic achievement and we are proud of the commitments made to improve the sustainability performance of our business. However, this is just a step on our journey and the launch of the PCC Sustainability Ambition 2030 will help outline this continuous roadmap.
We are part of a global business with global impacts, with a responsibility not just to build a sustainable business, but also to contribute to a sustainable economy and planet.
On top of this, we are a vital part of our clients’ supply chains. They trust us to support their sustainability obligations and aspirations, and we are committed to providing a holistic view of the sustainability footprint of our products and services over their lifecycle."
