Using Archive Consumer, you can send your communications without the need to worry about email attachment size limits, the costs of postage, or your unencrypted email being intercepted. Your customers can log into their self-service portal using any device and instantly view their communications.
Two-factor authentication can be optionally provided as an extra layer of security to further enhance data security. With the two-factor authentication enabled, Archive Consumer can send your customers an SMS or an email with a one-time password every time they log in to view their communications.
