Paragon Archive is a convenient archiving platform suitable for any business and for handling a wide range of communications including email, SMS and printed communications in PDF format. Delivered as a fully managed service, Paragon Archive provides solutions for real-time access to relevant communications, including self-service portals and call centre applications.

Paragon Customer Communications is a PCI DSS attested service provider. Paragon Archives contain only tokenised data with your customers’ data encrypted on and off the platform and with round-the-clock monitoring to prevent unauthorised access.

Archive Enterprise is our core product platform for indexing, storing, searching and retrieving large collections of customer documents. It has a web based searching interface that can quickly locate a specific communication piece and enable viewing as HTML or PDF.

On top of offering robust search and retrieval, Archive Enterprise also provides enhanced indexing and tagging, tailored to meet your corporate retention and reporting needs. The solution is scalable to handle multiple years of communications for even the most high-volume clients with options for communications to be stored in multiple formats to support different data access requirements.

Any document stored in Archive Enterprise– whether print or digital – can be delivered with Archive Consumer. Using Archive Consumer, you can send your communications without the need to worry about email attachment size limits, the costs of postage, or your unencrypted email being intercepted. Your customers can log into their self-service portal using any device and instantly view their communications.

Two-factor authentication can be optionally provided as an extra layer of security to further enhance data security. With the two-factor authentication enabled, Archive Consumer can send your customers an SMS or an email with a one-time password every time they log in to view their communications.

Archive Web Services (API) can help with just about anything you might need, from integrating with your customer portals to fetching advanced reports.

Tailored to your specific needs, Paragon Archive enables your team and customers to easily but securely access the different information they need. Administrators never create or set passwords. Email addresses act as user names which will ensure uniqueness. Password strength and expiry are built in.
