What our client wanted

Closing their on-site post rooms due to COVID-19 meant they were unable to sort and distribute their incoming post. The challenge was further compounded by the need to distribute the physical post to staff who were now working from home. With the FCA imposing strict guidelines for handling physical mail during the pandemic, time was critical. Our clients, who included Shawbrook Bank, Transact, Artemis, Masthaven, Knightfrank and ATOS, needed an alternative solution as soon as possible.

What we gave them

Our Quick Start Framework enabled go-live for multiple clients from differing business sectors, and we implemented new digital mailrooms for customers within five working days from sign-off. None of our competitors were able to offer a go-live solution within the same timescale. The services provided within PCC’s secure inbound facility included receiving, scanning & categorising incoming mail, as well as the tracked processing and return of cherished documents and cheques. 

What was the impact

Our clients' staff can now receive and process the crucial documents that keep their businesses moving. Furthermore, the speed with which we implemented our solution ensured minimal disruption to their businesses during unprecedented circumstances. Though initially driven by the impact of the virus, all seven clients expressed an interest in continuing with services post-lockdown, either as their live mailroom or as a DR facility.
